Our consultant has:
- Attained the highest grade of fellow within the Institution of Fire Engineers
- Approved by the Institution of Fire Engineers as an approved fire risk assessor
- A minimum of 32 years experience in fire safety.
- Completed in excess of 600 fire risk assessments
- Are you an employer
- Are you a charity or voluntary organisation
- Are you a contractor with a degree of control over any premises
- A landlord (multi occupancy buildings)
- Do you manage residential accommodation
- Are you self-employed with a business premises
If you answered yes to any of these questions then you are required to undertake a Fire Risk Assessment.
If you employ 5 or more people on your premises then a Fire Risk Assessment MUST be carried out by a responsible and experienced person.The assessment outcomes must be in writing and must be kept as a permanent record.
The charge for a fire risk assessment can start from as little as £200.
