Phoenix is a small independent family run business that since conception has achieved;

• ISO 9001 approval which scope covers both the sale and maintenance of portable fire extinguishers in accordance with BAFE Scheme SP101 and the provision of fire risk assessments.
• Achieved BAFE accreditation ST104 registered service technicians scheme
• Full member of The FIA, Fire Industry Association
• Accredited assessor with The Institution of Fire Engineers

Our fire risk consultant was a serving fire officer within Berkshire, London and West Sussex Fire Brigades. During his service within London both building planning and fire risk assessments were undertaken within the Boroughs of Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham, and Hounslow.   

Later whilst serving within West Sussex our consultant was the fire safety manager for both the Horsham and Mid Sussex areas, principally being engaged to undertake fire risk assessments within the towns of Crawley, Horsham, Hayward’s Heath, East Grinstead and Burgess Hill.

Phoenix can provide a totally independent fire safety risk assessment of your premises. We are under no obligation to sell the services of national companies; it is therefore an important point that Phoenix will wherever possible, through its independence and experience, provide a local and independent cost effective service to its clients. Our services take full consideration of the recommendations of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Phoenix will provide a no nonsense approach to the servicing of your fire fighting equipment. With the benefit of both menu pricing  and the production of a service spread sheet  you will be able to accurately predict your future service costs over a 10 year period.

Although based between Horsham and Worthing, we welcome the opportunity to provide our services to customers within London, Portsmouth, Southampton, Guildford, Reading and the counties of Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire and Berkshire.
